6 January 2022 – Angels heed to the word of God

The Lord sends His angels to help and protect us. Angels are messengers from God. However, these days people are praying and idolising Angels. Angels are not to be worshipped. We must worship and serve God only. Do not pray to Angels. Angels are fellow servants with us.

Revelation 22: 8 I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I had heard and seen them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who had been showing them to me. 9 But he (Angel) said to me, “Don’t do that! I am a fellow servant with you and with your fellow prophets and with all who keep the words of this scroll. Worship God!”

Colossians 2:18 Do not let anyone who delights in false humility and the worship of angels disqualify you.

Angels cannot read your mind, only God can. Angels respond to God’s word. When we declare the word of God (scripture) in our lives and when we worship God, then the angels are activated to do God’s will.

Psalm 103:20 Bless the Lord, you His angels, who excel in strength, who do His word, heeding the voice of His (God) word.

Psalm 34:7 The angel of the Lord encamps all around those who fear Him (worship God); and delivers them.
